A partir del 19 de noviembre y hasta finales de enero , en el exclusivo barrio de Mayfair (Londres), Halcyon Gallery acoge una nueva exposición de Lorenzo Quinn, con gran cantidad de piezas de gran tamaño. Entre ellas podemos encontrar “Amor” en aluminio y la Mano de Dios que fué expuesta de manera temporal durante 2 meses en Escaldes-Engordany (Principado de Andorra).

From 19th November until the end of January, in the exclusive district of Mayfair (London), Halcyon Gallery hosts a new exhibition from Lorenzo Quinn, with a significant number of large size works. Among them there is “Love” made in aluminum as well as “Hand of God” which was temporarily exposed during two months in Escaldes-Engordany (Andorra).

Nuevas creaciones del escultor serán expuestas por primera vez en el viejo continente, ya que fueron expuestas algunas de ellas como novedad en la última exposición en Doha, Qatar.  Qué fué primero? , las diferentes piezas de la nueva serie Amor o  La Fuerza de la Naturaleza II, son algunas de las nuevas esculturas que en breve podremos mostraros.

New creations of the sculptor will be exhibited for the first time in the old continent, as they were already exposed as a novelty in the latest exhibition in Doha, Qatar. What was first? The works from the new serie “Love” or “The Force of Nature II”, are a sample of the new sculptures that we will soon be able to show you.

En las cercanías de la galería, en Berkeley Square se ha instalado Dar y Tomar III en bronce que estará expuesto hasta mayo 2010, para que los visitantes del parque puedan observar el arte de Quinn en un lugar al aire libre junto con las  26 piezas y un total de 12.000kg de peso, que estarán en la galería.

Near the gallery, in Berkeley Square it has been displayed “Give and Take III” made in bronze, which will be exhibited until May 2010, in order to allow the visitors of the park observe Quinn’s art in an outdoor setting together with the 26 works and a total of 12.000 kg in terms of weight, that will be displayed in the gallery.
