Lorenzo Quinn, José Moret (Excmo. Alcalde de Fraga) y Ramiro Rafart
Los Jardines de Juan Carlos I de la capital del Bajo Cinca, son los elegidos para exhibir la obra Gravity del prestigioso escultor. Fundida en aluminio y con unas medidas de 153 x 120 x 58 cm, se inaugurará en octubre, coincidiendo con las fiestas locales.
Juan Carlos I Gardens in the capital of Bajo Cinca (Spain), are the chosen ones to exhibit the work Gravity from the prestigious sculptor. Melt in aluminium and sizing 153 x 120 x 58 cm, it will be unveiled in October, the same month when the local festivals take place.
En el acto de firma de adquisición por parte del consistorio, tanto el alcalde de Fraga, José Luis Moret, como Lorenzo, se sintieron muy satisfechos de tal acuerdo ya que la instalación de esta escultura en la calle, para disfrute del ciudadano, cumplirá el deseo de los artistas de compartir su arte con los demás.
When signing the purchase, the mayor of Fraga, José Luis Moret, as well as Lorenzo, felt very satisfied with this agreement because setting this sculpture in the street, for the enjoyment of everyone, will fulfil the common desire of all artists by sharing their art with the others.
Jose Luis Moret, destacó “la adquisición de la escultura es el fruto del esfuerzo y del interés que han mostrado la concejal de Cultura, Rosana Aguilar, y la asesora artística de la delegación, Divina Sabaté, para llegar a este acuerdo con Lorenzo Quinn y su representante Ramiro Rafart, de la Galería Rafart Gallery”.
Jose Luis Moret, emphasized that “the acquisition of the sculpture is the result of the effort and interest shown by the councilman of Culture, Rosana Aguilar, and the artistic adviser of the delegation, Divina Sabaté, in reaching this agreement with Lorenzo Quinn and his agent Ramiro Rafart, from Rafart Gallery.
En las mismas fechas serán 25 obras del artista, las que formarán la exposición que se instalará en el Palau de Montcada. Divina Sabaté, asesora artística del ayuntamiento, ha sido la encargada de colaborar en nombre del Ayuntamiento de Fraga, junto con nosotros, Rafart Gallery, para las diferentes muestras de Lorenzo Quinn que se verán en octubre, y una de ellas quedará en la capital fragatina para siempre.
During the same days, 25 works of the artist will form the exhibition installed in Montcada’s Palace. Divina Sabaté, the artistic advisor of the council, has been the one in charge of collaborating with us, Rafart Gallery, by representing Fraga’s council, for the different samples of Lorenzo Quinn, which will be shown in October, and one, among all will stay there forever.
